Wendt India Appoints Lakshmi Tulasi Inturi as Head- HR

Wendt India Limited has appointed Lakshmi Tulasi Inturi as its Head of Human Resources, effective August 3, 2026.

In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR function and focus on strengthening its people strategy, talent management, employee engagement and overall human resource framework.

Extensive Experience

Lakshmi brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources across manufacturing, engineering, chemicals and consumer goods industries.

Over the course of her career, she has worked with leading organisations including Inteva Products, Tata Consumer Products, Solenis, LT Supercom India, Ashland Inc. and Moldtek Technologies.

Before joining Wendt India, she was serving as Senior Strategic HR Business Partner at Inteva Products, where she managed HR operations, payroll and talent acquisition.

Prior to that, she spent over five years at Tata Consumer Products in multiple HR leadership roles. As Senior HR Business Partner for Integrated Finance, she supported corporate finance, business finance, strategy and mergers and acquisitions, legal, internal audit, investor relations, communications and the vending business.

Earlier, she also served as Site HR Lead and HR Business Partner, overseeing HR operations at the manufacturing site.

Previously in her career, Lakshmi held HR leadership positions at Solenis, where she played a key role in building shared service HR operations and managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, payroll, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

She also gained valuable experience at Ashland Inc., LT Supercom India and Moldtek Technologies.

Lakshmi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Human Resources from VVISM.
