PwC ACs India Appoints Sandhya Nambiar as Chief People Officer

PwC has elevated Sandhya Nambiar as the Chief People Officer (CPO) for its Acceleration Centers (ACs) in India.

In her new role, she will lead the people strategy for PwC ACs in India. She will oversee talent management, leadership development, employee experience, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives. She will also work on aligning the company’s people priorities with its business growth plans.

Extensive Experience

Previously, Sandhya served as Deputy Chief People Officer – Senior Director at PwC Acceleration Centers in India.

Before that, she was the Head of Talent Management for the India Acceleration Center, where she led talent management and leadership development programmes across the organisation.

Before joining PwC, Sandhya held senior HR leadership roles at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre and ANZ.

She has built extensive experience in talent management, HR business partnering, organisational development, employee experience, and leadership development while working with global organisations.

With this elevation, Sandhya will play an important role in strengthening PwC’s people practices across its India Acceleration Centers.

Her focus will be on developing talent, improving employee experience, supporting business teams, and helping build a workforce that meets the company’s future business needs.
