Samriti Midha

Samriti Makkar Midha is a practicing psychotherapist and acts as an External Member on several Internal Committees of organizations / institutions. She is a co-founder of POSH at Work (www.poshatwork.com), firm which supports organizations with prevention and redressal of sexual harassment and creating healthy workspaces. POSH at Work is empaneled with Ministry of Women and Child Development to conduct trainings on this subject and have trained more than 1000 IC members on how to conduct an inquiry.
