She is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience across the spectrum of HR including Staffing, Shared Services Operations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Business Partnership. Seetha joined Honeywell in 2015 and prior to this, she was working with companies like Dell International and Cisco Systems Pvt Ltd. Seetha has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and has done her Masters in Social Work with a specialization in HR.
