TCS top recruiters in 3rd cluster of final placement at IIM Ahmedabad

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has extended the highest number of offers to students of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) during its third cluster of final placement for the batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) 2021.

TCS extended 14 offers, followed by cab aggregator Ola Cabs 6, including pre-placement offers, and emerged as 2nd top recruiters.

The third cluster of placement was held on 8th March 2021, comprised six cohorts, which included analytics and IT, consulting, BFSI, consumer tech, core manufacturing and infrastructure, government enterprises, and pharma and healthcare.

While analytics and IT consulting firms rolled out the highest number of offers, followed by BFSI.

IIM-A follows a cluster-based placement system where companies are segregated on the basis of the sector. Several new recruiters participated this year, including Navi, Eversana, and Indxx Capital.

Reportedly, Consumer goods firms handed out the highest number of job offers in Cluster 2 of the final placements at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.
