Prakash Lakhiani is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience across BFSI, real estate services, media-tech, and financial services. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture – Country Director, India, and Member of the Global Leadership Team at SitusAMC, he has previously held senior HR leadership roles at Prime Focus Technologies, CBRE South Asia, Regus South Asia & Southeast Asia, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Chase. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and holds certifications in HR Analytics, Compliance, and Leadership.
