SHARP Business Systems appoints Ruchika Garg as Head- HR

Sharp, a wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of Sharp Corporation, Japan with many technological innovations has announced the appointment of Ruchika Garg as HEAD HR (General Manager – HR Admin & IT).

Ruchika has been a passionate HR Leader with 15+ Yrs of experience in the HR Domain. Prior to this, she was working with ASK Automotive P Ltd. (Manufacturing Auto tool, Manpower of 7000 on & off roll employees) as a Pan India – Corporate HR.

She was responsible for Pan India Talent Acquisition, PMS, Training & Development, and Hire to retire strategies and Various other projects to assist with Group HR HEAD and a small stint as Plant HR HEAD.

She is also one of the Founder members of Kudos Global Services and prior to that worked with RealNetworks Seattle-based Telecommunication company as a Sr. Manager – HR (India HR HEAD) reporting to South Korea and Seattle.

She started her career with Sainsbury’s UK Limited, London as an Assistant Personal and Training Manager  – HR while doing her MBA -HR from London, U.K.
