Tata Chemicals Appoints Sriniwas CR as Chief Human Resources Officer

Tata Chemicals has appointed Sriniwas CR as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Effective from June 2026.

In his new role, Sriniwas will lead Tata Chemicals’ human resources function, overseeing talent strategy, employee relations, leadership development, and key people initiatives across the organization.

Extensive Experience

Sriniwas brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources across industries, including chemicals, IT services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and agrochemicals.

Before joining Tata Chemicals, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at NACL Industries, where he led HR, administration, and corporate communications.

Prior to NACL Industries, Sriniwas was Group Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the APAC region at Innova Solutions.

A major part of his career was spent at Accenture, where he worked for nearly 12 years in several HR leadership roles. During his tenure, he handled employee relations, HR policy, compliance, talent planning, workplace investigations, mergers and acquisitions-related HR matters, and change management projects.

Before Accenture, Sriniwas held HR leadership positions at Tata Motors, Infosys, Dell, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ballarpur Industries, and Modicorp India. His experience covers employee relations, talent management, HR business partnering, workplace policies, and leadership development.

Sriniwas CR holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Delhi School of Social Work, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Osmania University.
