The new business group will focus on helping enterprises deploy AI within their own environments, with greater control over data, costs and performance. The collaboration will support organisations looking to run enterprise-grade AI workloads, including agentic AI, across private, hybrid and sovereign infrastructure.
Accenture Chair and CEO Julie Sweet said the expanded partnership would help clients move from AI planning to large-scale implementation and measurable business outcomes.
Dell Technologies Chairman and CEO Michael Dell said the collaboration would combine Accenture’s industry expertise with Dell’s AI-ready infrastructure and services to help businesses adopt AI at scale.

Focus on Private AI and Enterprise Infrastructure
The Accenture Dell Business Group will build on the companies’ existing work with clients across financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, industrials and high-tech industries.
The group will help organisations complement their cloud strategies with on-premises AI infrastructure, particularly in sectors where data security, regulatory compliance and control over information are important.
Its key focus areas include:
- Private AI and neocloud solutions: Developing secure, scalable AI infrastructure that gives organisations greater control over data and compliance.
- Integrated AI infrastructure: Supporting agentic AI, AI inference and high-performance computing workloads through integrated technology solutions.
- Faster AI deployment: Using AI applications and accelerators to help businesses implement AI use cases more quickly.
- Open-source and open-weight models: Supporting model selection and routing across different models and environments to manage costs and data control.

Accenture to Train More Than 3,000 Professionals
To support the expanded partnership, Accenture plans to train more than 3,000 practitioners to develop expertise across Dell’s technology portfolio.
The trained professionals will help deliver integrated AI solutions, combining infrastructure, software and services to support enterprise AI adoption.
The companies also cited their work with RHAELM, a UK-based AI infrastructure and solutions provider. According to RHAELM CEO and CRO Bradd Lewis, the collaboration helped accelerate the delivery of sovereign AI solutions for clients in highly regulated industries.
What It Means for Businesses
The expanded partnership reflects the growing focus on deploying AI within controlled enterprise environments rather than relying entirely on public cloud infrastructure.
For businesses, the initiative could support wider AI adoption by addressing concerns around data privacy, regulatory requirements, infrastructure performance and operating costs. It also underlines the demand for professionals with expertise in AI infrastructure, enterprise technology and AI implementation.
The companies have not disclosed the financial investment or revenue targets associated with the new business group.
