3i Infotech Appoints Shavee Sehajpal as Chief Human Resources Officer

3i Infotech, an information technology company, has appointed Shavee Sehajpal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

As CHRO, Shavee will be responsible for the company’s people agenda, including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes and organisational culture. She will be based in Navi Mumbai.

Extensive Experience

Shavee has more than 24 years of experience across technology, IT services, analytics, manufacturing and logistics.

Prior to joining 3i Infotech, she was HR Head – India at NTT DATA, where she led a 30-member Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partner team supporting about 4,000 employees across India.

Her work included workforce planning, executive hiring, performance management, HR analytics and integrating HR processes across multiple legal entities.

Before NTT DATA, Shavee served as Vice President – Human Resources at Algonomy. She had earlier spent more than three years with Honeywell as HR Director – Honeywell Connected Enterprise, handling HR for the business in APAC and supporting global functions.

Her earlier career includes more than four years with Maersk Global Service Centres as Global Human Resources Business Partner. She also held HR roles at Wipro BPO and Allcargo Global Logistics.

She began her career with TCS, where she spent over five years across HR projects, resource management and HR technology-related assignments.

She also worked as an HR Functional Consultant with Blackpool Borough Council and as HR Executive at Intelligroup.

Shavee holds an MBA in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions, Navi Mumbai, and a BSc in Zoology from Sri Venkateswara University.
