Extensive Experience
Tarun brings nearly 20 years of HR leadership experience in the digital media industry. Before joining AdCounty Media, he held senior HR roles at Reliance Entertainment, SVG, Dentsu and Momentus, where he partnered with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development and workforce productivity.

His expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational design, culture transformation, employee engagement, HR digitisation and leadership development. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations build agile and high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
