Golyan Group Appoints Anushree Tamrakar as Head- HR

Golyan Group, A leading business conglomerate headquartered in Nepal has elevated Anushree Tamrakar as Head – Human Resources.

In her new role, she will lead the company’s human resources function, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Extensive Experience

With nearly two decades of experience across technology, consumer goods, banking, consulting, and diversified businesses, Tamrakar brings extensive expertise in strategic human resources, organizational development, and people management.

Before her elevation in June 2026, she was serving as General Manager-Human Resources at Golyan Group since August 2024.

And prior to joining Golyan Group, Anushree worked as HR Strategic Business Partner at Coca-Cola Beverages Nepal from May 2022 to August 2024. During her tenure, she partnered with business leaders on key HR initiatives and supported organizational growth through strategic people management.

She also worked as an independent Human Resource Consultant between July 2021 and May 2022, advising organizations on HR practices and people strategy.

Earlier, Anushree spent more than 12 years at Huawei, where she held senior HR leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Consultant.

At Huawei, she served as an HR Business Partner, supporting business leaders through organization design, workforce management, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement.

She also contributed to organization restructuring initiatives and worked closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Anushree began her professional career with Laxmi Sunrise Bank as an Assistant Relationship Manager, where she worked on retail banking portfolio development and customer relationship management.
