Atain Ropes In Dharampal Dhillon as VP – Global Head of Training from Tech Mahindra

Atain has appointed Dharampal Dhillon as Vice President – Global Head of Training, bringing over two decades of experience in training, learning and development, and service delivery.

In his new role, Dharampal, popularly known as Dharam, will lead the company’s global training function. His experience across training and service delivery roles will support the organisation’s learning initiatives and capability development across its workforce.

Extensive Experience

Dharam brings more than 25 years of professional experience across training, learning and development, service delivery and technology-enabled business operations.

He began his career as a Network Engineer at Pancho System in 2001, before moving into training with vCustomer Services India as a Training Specialist.

He later joined Wipro BPO as Assistant Manager, where he gained experience in training and operations. He then moved to Mahindra Satyam BPO as Manager – Training, spending nearly four years in the role and working across training and customer service-related functions.

Dharam joined MetLife as Training Head – Corporate Services, adding experience in the insurance industry and corporate training. He subsequently spent more than six years with Wipro, where he served as Associate Vice President and worked across service delivery management and training and development.

In 2021, he joined Tech Mahindra as Associate Head – Training and later became Head – Training. He spent five years with the company before joining Atain.
