Capri Global Capital Appoints Ignatius Kaitha as Chief HR Officer

Capri Global Capital has announced the appointment of Ignatius Kaitha as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role as CHRO, he will oversee the company’s HR strategy and focus on talent, leadership development, and employee growth as Capri Global Capital expands.

Extensive Experience

Ignatius Kaitha brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in the banking and financial services sector.

Before joining Capri Global Capital, he was Executive Vice President and Head HR – Consumer Banking at IndusInd Bank, where he led the people strategy for a workforce of over 30,000 employees across multiple business verticals.

During his 15-year journey at IndusInd Bank, he held several senior HR leadership roles, including Executive Vice President & HR Partner for Retail Assets, Consumer Channels and Affluent Banking, Senior Vice President & National Partner HR for Branch Banking, and Vice President & HR Partner for the West and South regions.

He was instrumental in driving HR transformation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and performance management initiatives.

Earlier, he served as Vice President – Human Resources at HSBC and held leadership positions at Stream Global Services.

Ignatius earned his MBA from the SP Jain School of Global Management.
