He has also worked on digital and e-commerce transformation, enterprise strategy and market expansion.

Prabha Narasimhan Moves to Asia-Pacific Role

Prabha Narasimhan will step down as MD and CEO of the company at the close of business on September 27, 2026. From September 28, she will take charge as Executive Vice President – Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division, Colgate-Palmolive.

Prabha has led the India business for four years. During her tenure, Colgate strengthened its focus on premium products, digital transformation, quick commerce and oral-care category development.

The company said its premium portfolio grew at five times the pace of the broader market during this period, alongside volume-led growth and strong profitability.

The leadership transition comes as Colgate-Palmolive India continues to focus on premiumisation, digital commerce and expanding the oral-care category in a competitive consumer market.
