Deloitte Appoints Pankaj Dhawan as Executive Director – Human Capital Consulting

Deloitte, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, has appointed Pankaj Dhawan as Executive Director – Human Capital Consulting.

In this role, Pankaj will lead strategic human capital consulting initiatives, support organizational transformation programs, advise clients on workforce and talent strategies, and drive business growth through innovative people solutions.

He will also collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen client engagement and deliver impactful consulting outcomes across industries.

Extensive Experience

Before joining Deloitte, Pankaj spent over 14 years with Accenture, where he held multiple leadership roles across consulting and management functions. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager from June 2019 to May 2026, leading strategic transformation and workforce-related consulting initiatives.

Prior to that, he worked as Manager between 2015 and 2019 and as Management Consultant from 2012 to 2015, contributing to organizational change, talent strategy, and business consulting projects across industries.

Earlier in his career, Pankaj was associated with IBM Global Services as Consultant in Strategy & Change Consulting from December 2008 to June 2012. He began his professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services in business development and sales, where he worked between 2007 and 2008.

With extensive expertise in human capital transformation, strategic consulting, and organizational development, Pankaj brings strong industry knowledge and leadership experience to his new role at Deloitte.

Pankaj holds a PGDM in Information Technology from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, completed between 2005 and 2007.
