DHL – IT Services Elevates Saurabh Dalvi as Head- HR, India

DHL IT Services has promoted Saurabh Dalvi to Head of Human Resources – India, effective February 2026.

Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, he will oversee HR for the company’s India operations. His responsibilities include people strategy, talent development, and employee experience across the company’s expanding tech teams.

In this role, he will focus on strengthening HR practices, building leadership capability, and aligning talent plans with business growth in India’s growing IT and digital sector.

Extensive Experience

Saurabh brings close to 20 years of HR experience, much of it within the DHL group. Before this role, he served as Head – Talent Management (Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement) at DHL Express from March 2018 to February 2026.

He led talent acquisition and employee engagement across India. His work covered employer branding, workforce planning, and culture programs.

Earlier, he worked with DHL as Head – Performance & Programs. In that role, he managed HR performance systems, reporting, and people programs at both regional and global levels for India.

He has also worked at Lavasa Corporation Ltd as Business HR Partner and at Patni Computers as HR Generalist. These roles helped him build strong skills in HR operations and business support.

Saurabh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai, where he graduated with First Class distinction.
