Electrolux Group Appoints Pallavi Mishra as VP – HR & Communications, APAC

Electrolux Group has appointed Pallavi Mishra as Vice President – HR & Communications for the Asia Pacific region, effective September 1, 2026. She will be based in Bangkok and join the APAC leadership team.

In her new role, Pallavi will support the company’s people and culture agenda across APAC, covering talent, organisational development, workforce planning, employee engagement and communications across the region.

Extensive Experience

She brings rich HR experience across technology, financial services, engineering, aerospace and industrial sectors, with expertise in talent management, organisation design, employee engagement, workforce planning and inclusion.

Pallavi joins Electrolux Group from Honeywell, where she has spent nearly 10 years in a series of HR leadership roles. She was most recently Senior Director HR – Asia Pacific, leading the regional HR agenda across Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and the Pacific.

Before this, she served as Senior Director Human Resources – ASEAN and Human Resources Director, Corporate, APAC. She also worked as Human Resources Director for Honeywell’s India-based global functions and earlier as Head – Business HR for its Aerospace Engineering division in India.

Pallavi began her corporate HR career with North Delhi Power Limited in 2003 as Human Resources Officer. She later worked with Xerox India as Assistant Manager HR, followed by nearly four years with Fidelity Business Services India as Senior Human Resources Specialist.

She then spent more than six years across HP and Hewlett-Packard as Manager HR and Senior Manager HR.

Pallavi holds an MBA in Human Resources from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
