Flipkart Appoints Divya Srivastava as Vice President – Performance & Rewards

Flipkart, India’s leading digital commerce company, has appointed Divya Srivastava as Vice President – Performance & Rewards. She will be based in Bengaluru.

In her new role, Divya will lead Flipkart’s performance and rewards charter, focusing on performance practices, rewards, and building a performance culture to support growth, while aligning HR practices with business needs and employee outcomes.

Extensive Experience

Divya brings over 20 years of experience across human resources, total rewards, compensation, performance management and HR business partnering.

Before Flipkart, she spent about three years with Unilever. She served as Head of Rewards – Asia, APAC & ANZ and earlier as Head of Rewards & Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Hindustan Unilever. Her Unilever roles covered rewards and inclusion-related responsibilities.

Divya spent nearly 10 years with GE, including as CHRO, GE Healthcare South Asia. She led total rewards processes and sales compensation strategy for GE Healthcare, covering salary, bonus, sales incentives and executive compensation.

She also worked as Global HR Transition Lead and Global HR Business Partner – Commercial Shared Services.

Divya began her career with Hindustan Unilever in HR business partnering, talent and capability, and change and communications.

She also worked as a Business Leadership Trainee, completed a summer internship at Procter & Gamble and started her career at Tata Consultancy Services.

Her career has covered FMCG, healthcare, technology and corporate HR roles.

Divya holds an MA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS Mumbai and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from IET, Lucknow, India.
