Trianz Appoints Sanjeev Prasad as Chief Human Resources Officer

Trianz, a leading technology services company, has appointed Sanjeev Prasad as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its senior leadership team.

In his new role, Sanjeev will be responsible for people strategy, talent development, organisational design and culture across Trianz’s global operations. He will report to Sri Manchala, CEO of Trianz.

Extensive Experience

Sanjeev brings nearly 3 decades of HR experience across the technology and telecom sectors.

Before joining Trianz, he spent more than 12 years with Samsung R&D Institute India – Bengaluru, where he was Senior Director and Head of the People Team. He worked closely with the organisation during its growth as a major R&D centre in India. Samsung has also identified him in senior HR roles at the institute.

Before Samsung, Sanjeev was Head HR – Devices, India at Nokia, where he worked on compensation and benefits as well as change initiatives. He spent over three years with the company.

Earlier, he was Director – Human Resources at Trilogy, where he headed the HR function for Trilogy India for more than two years.

Sanjeev started his career with CMC Ltd. as an Officer – HR from 1993 to 1995. He then moved to HCL Technologies, where he served as Senior Manager – HRD for around eight years. He later worked as AVP – HRD at marketRx before joining Trilogy.

Sanjeev holds a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University.
