NBC Bearings Appoints Raghuveer Singh Bhati as Department Head – HR & ER

National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings) has appointed Raghuveer Singh Bhati as Department Head – HR & ER.

In his new role, Raghuveer will handle HR and ER responsibilities at NBC Bearings. He will work on employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and other people-related functions across the business.

Extensive Experience

Raghuveer is based in Jaipur and brings more than 15 years of experience across human resources, employee relations, and industrial relations.

Raghuveer has been with NBC Bearings for over six years. He joined the company as Business Unit Head – HR & ER and served in the role for more than six years before being elevated to Department Head – HR & ER.

His experience at NBC Bearings covers HR and employee relations responsibilities within the bearings and engineering industry.

Before NBC Bearings, he worked with Suzlon Group as HR Head for its Rotor Blade Unit for about one year. His role covered HR responsibilities for the renewable energy business, including its wind energy operations.

Earlier, Raghuveer worked with Uma Group of Companies as Human Resources Manager for nearly two years.

Before that, he spent around six years with Goodricke Group, progressing from Assistant Manager – HR Operations to Deputy Manager – HR & IR. His experience includes HR operations, employee relations and industrial relations across different industries.

Raghuveer holds an MBA in Human Resources from MG University, completed between 2009 and 2011. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
