Uniparts India Appoints Manish Singh as Chief Human Resource Officer

Uniparts India, a global manufacturer of engineered systems and solutions, has appointed Manish Singh as Chief Human Resource Officer, effective August 17, 2026.

In his new role, Manish will lead the human resources function, support people strategy, workforce planning and talent development, and work with business leaders on organisational priorities, culture and HR initiatives across the company globally.

Extensive Experience

Manish brings 23 years of experience across human resources, business partnering, talent acquisition and administration.

Before joining Uniparts India, he spent more than 14 years with Blue Star Limited, progressing through roles including Manager – Human Resources, Regional HR Head & Talent Acquisition Lead, Business HR Head and General Manager – Human Resources.

As General Manager – HR, Manish worked as an HR partner to business leadership across unitary products, commercial air conditioning, R&D and supply chain. He handled HR alignment with business needs, workforce readiness, talent initiatives, HR digital transformation and building a high-performance work culture.

Before Blue Star, Manish was Manager – HR & Administration at Usher Group for more than four years. He was involved in HR and administration, including greenfield projects and talent management. Earlier, he worked for three years as Senior Officer with Sharda Group in Agra.

He began his career as Assistant Manager – Instrumentation with Nuchem Limited’s MDF Division, where he spent around two years. His career covers HR, administration, talent acquisition, and an early technical role.

Manish holds an MBA in Human Resources from FMS, University of Delhi, and a PGCBM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, strengthening his management education.
