HCLTech Elevates Chandini Kamal as Vice President – People & Culture

HCLTech has elevated Chandini Kamal to Vice President, Global Head – People & Culture (Engage & Experience, Wellness, Rewards & Recognition, and Diversity & Inclusion).

In her new role, Chandini will lead HCLTech’s global people and culture strategy across employee engagement and experience, wellness, rewards and recognition (R&R), and diversity and inclusion (D&I).

She was previously serving as Global Head – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, People & Culture (Engage & Experience, Wellness, R&R).

Extensive Experience

Chandini has been with HCLTech for more than 15 years, holding several leadership roles across the HR function. Since joining the company in 2011 as Global Head – Employee Engagement, she has played a key role in shaping employee engagement strategies and designing initiatives to strengthen workplace culture across global teams.

She later served as HR Head – Enabling Functions, HR Head – Enabling Functions & Global Employee Engagement Lead, and Global Head – Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Experience, Wellness, Rewards & Recognition.

Before HCLTech, Chandini worked with Motorola, where she managed employee communication, employee engagement, employee relations, and HR operations.

She also held HR leadership roles at RR Donnelley India Outsource Pvt. Ltd., OfficeTiger Database Systems India Pvt. Ltd., and Cactus Imaging India Pvt. Ltd.

She holds a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis and has also completed the People Next leadership programme at the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL).
