House Of Diagnostics Appoints Monalisa Beck as CHRO

House of Diagnostics (HOD) has appointed Monalisa Beck as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to strengthen leadership.

In her new role, Monalisa will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives, supporting House of Diagnostics’ next phase of growth and innovation in the healthcare diagnostics sector.

Extensive Experience

Monalisa brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, learning and development, and business transformation across the healthcare and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining House of Diagnostics, she spent over 11 years with Dr. Lal PathLabs, most recently serving as General Manager. During her tenure, she played a key role in several strategic HR initiatives, including designing recognition programs for specialized medical professionals, launching fellowship and capability-building programs, and driving workforce productivity and performance management initiatives.

She also contributed significantly to the company’s expansion efforts, talent integration during mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment of advanced diagnostic facilities. Her leadership experience spans multiple regions across India and diverse HR functions.

Before Dr. Lal PathLabs, Monalisa worked with Tata Tele Business Services, where she held various HR leadership positions and led large-scale recruitment, workforce restructuring, and learning and development initiatives across multiple geographies.

An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
