Marriott International appoints Jaiveer Singh as Director – HR

An American multinational company, Marriott International has appointed Jaiveer Singh Rathore as Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott Kolkata.

In his current role, he will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and enhancing employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives.

Jaiveer has over 16 years of experience in the HR domain. He is a highly motivated and versatile HR leader and has experienced exponential career growth with top-tier hospitality brands.

He has vast experience in areas including Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Interaction & Engagement, and CSR & Staff Engagement Activities.

Prior to Marriott International, he was associated with Peerless Hotels Ltd as General Manager Human Resources. He worked with the organization for over a year.

He was also instrumental in developing many HR professionals who are heading Leadership position in various brands. His previous stints include working with Accor, HOTEL GOLDEN TULIP, JAIPUR, Heritage Retreat Resort & SPA, and Ma Foi Randstad.

He holds his Masters in Economical & Financial Management from the University of Rajasthan and completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Commerce College Jaipur.
