Mizuho Appoints Deepti Kulkarni as VP – Talent Acquisition

Mizuho, a leading global banking and financial services company, has appointed Deepti Kulkarni as Vice President – Talent Acquisition

In her new role, she will lead talent acquisition initiatives, drive strategic hiring priorities, and strengthen Mizuho’s workforce strategy in India, supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion plans.

Extensive Experience

Deepti brings more than two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and workforce management across the banking, financial services, and technology sectors.

She joins from Deutsche Bank, where she was associated with the organization for nearly eight years, managing talent acquisition functions and contributing to recruitment planning, budgeting, and strategic hiring initiatives.

Before Deutsche Bank, Deepti worked with Wipro Limited as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition between 2016 and 2018. She also served as Recruitment Manager at CLSA and held recruitment leadership roles at Syntel and Vector Consulting earlier in her career.

Deepti began her professional journey with HSBC Software Development, where she worked as a recruiter and developed expertise in talent sourcing and workforce planning.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree along with an MBA in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
