PepsiCo Appoints Nidhima M Senior Director – HR for India, Nepal & Bangladesh

PepsiCo has appointed Nidhima M as Senior Director- HR for India, Nepal and Bangladesh. She takes charge of the role in July 2026, based in Gurugram.

In this role, Nidhima will work with PepsiCo leadership on its Foods and Beverages business and people priorities. Her responsibilities include supporting business growth, workforce planning and building capabilities for future business needs.

Extensive Experience

Nidhima brings more than 20 years of experience across HR leadership, business partnering, organisation design, talent management, rewards, change management and M&A.

Before PepsiCo, she spent nearly four years with Amazon as Senior Manager, HR/People Partner for Amazon Stores Customer Experience teams. She supported teams across Delhi, Pune, Chandigarh and Hyderabad and worked on organisation design, manager structures and people integration.

She also led HR support for Frontizo following Amazon’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.

Earlier, Nidhima served as Head of Human Resources, India at Revolut, where she worked on setting up the People function, policies and processes for its India operations.

She spent nearly six years with Unilever in global and India HR roles. As Global HR Director for Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and Corporate teams, she worked on M&A integration, organisation design, diversity and inclusion, tax transformation and learning.

Earlier, she was Global HR Business Partner, Technology and India HR Lead for Unilever Technology and Operations.

Nidhima began her leadership career with HSBC, holding HR roles across rewards, talent management, regional HR and Global Banking & Markets and Private Banking.

She holds a PGDM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
