Subhashini (Subha) Panyam has been appointed Chief People Officer at 66degrees, a Google Cloud-focused technology services company.

In her new role, Subha will lead people and HR initiatives at 66degrees, supporting talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development and the company’s growing global workforce.

Extensive Experience

Subha brings more than 23 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, HR business partnering and global workforce management.

Before joining 66degrees, she spent over eight years with Hitachi Digital Services, where she held senior Talent Acquisition leadership roles, including Senior Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

She led global recruitment teams and managed hiring across technology, engineering, services, product and go-to-market functions, including senior and C-suite positions.

Her experience at Hitachi Digital Services also included workforce planning, recruitment technology, talent intelligence, diversity initiatives and talent integration during acquisitions.

Earlier, Subha spent more than 11 years with Broadridge, where she served as Vice President – HRBP and Head of Talent Acquisition. Her responsibilities covered talent management, employee engagement, HR transformation, organisational design, leadership development and workforce planning.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, she led campus hiring and recruited more than 1,500 candidates from leading Indian colleges. She began her career with LS Consultancy and later held HR roles at CSC and ADP.

Subha holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
