In her new role, Chandrakala will lead the people function, shape people strategy, build a high-performance culture, support leadership and talent growth, and develop HR practices aligned with the company’s business needs and growth plans.
Extensive Experience
Chandrakala brings 18 years of strategic HR & People Leadership experience in driving high-impact HR Business Partner functions.
Most recently, Chandrakala was Director – Human Resources at Mondee, a travel technology company, where she spent around nine months.

Before Mondee, she worked at RealPage for nearly four years as Global Head of HR Analytics and Human Resources Business Partner.
In the analytics role, she worked on business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, data governance and an AI-powered HR Analytics Centre of Excellence. She also used people analytics for retention, engagement and workforce planning.
Before RealPage, Chandrakala was Manager – HR Business Partner at Cloud4C Services for nearly two years. Her work covered employees across EMEA, SEA, NALA and ANZ, along with compensation, performance management, succession planning, hiring and analytics.
She spent over 10 years with Deloitte, working in HR consulting and Risk and Financial Advisory. Her work included data analysis, dashboards and leadership.

She began her career at CES in business development and recruitment roles.
Chandrakala holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Osmania University and completed an HR Analytics and Data Analytics programme from XLRI Jamshedpur.
