TARC Appoints Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer

Real estate developer TARC has appointed Mridul Srivastava as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 9, 2026.

In this role, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent development, leadership initiatives, and organizational transformation as TARC continues to strengthen its business operations.

Alongside Mridul Srivastava’s appointment, TARC also named Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer and Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer, strengthening its leadership team.

Extensive Experience

Mridul brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources across real estate, financial services, telecom, technology, and consulting. Before joining TARC, he co-founded Chieftain Search & Advisory, where he served as Co-Founder and Principal Consultant.

Prior to that, he spent almost seven years as Chief People Officer at Spectra and VNL (erstwhile Systema Shyam). During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide people strategy through a period of business restructuring and governance transformation.

Mridul played a key role in organizational restructuring that improved annual EBITDA, redesigned the sales capability framework, implemented AI-enabled HR technology platforms, introduced automation across HR operations, and established leadership succession and executive compensation programs.

Earlier, he served as Head – Human Resources at Hero FinCorp, where he supported the company’s rapid growth by helping scale its workforce from two employees to more than 7,000. He also developed performance management, leadership development, workforce analytics, and executive compensation frameworks aligned with business expansion.

His previous experience includes leadership roles at Religare, where he led organization development and enterprise learning initiatives for a workforce of over 10,000 employees, and DLF Homes Developers Ltd, where he handled HR generalist responsibilities across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and manpower planning.

Mridul holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PG Diploma in Business Management from IMS Ghaziabad.
