Vipin Paulose Appointed Head HR, Respiratory Cluster at Cipla

Vipin Paulose has been appointed as Head- Human Resources – Respiratory Cluster at Cipla, effective October 2026. He moves into the role after serving as Director- HR at Cipla, with responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and HR operations for its One India Business.

In his new role, Vipin will lead the HR agenda for the Respiratory Cluster and work with business leadership on organisation effectiveness, talent, culture, leadership development and employee experience.
Extensive Experience
Vipin has been with Cipla since 2022, serving as Director – HR before taking up his new assignment. His responsibilities included Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR operations for the One India Business.
He also worked on the Talent Review Board process, leadership and field hiring, internal capability development and employee touchpoint platforms.

Before Cipla, Vipin spent about five years with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. He served as Head – Talent & Learning – Global Operations & Quality and earlier as Cluster Sales HR Head, Corporate Functions and Talent Acquisition Lead – India Business.
His overall HR experience spans pharmaceuticals, consumer products, manufacturing and hospitality
Earlier, he was Regional Manager – Human Resources – West at Usha International and an HR Business Partner at Reliance Industries.
He began his career with The Oberoi Group in 2007, working in HR for the pre-opening of Trident Bandra Kurla. His overall HR experience spans pharmaceuticals, consumer products, manufacturing and hospitality.

Vipin holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development and Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has completed Labour Law for Managers from XLRI Jamshedpur.
