Before joining MGM Muthu Group, Prashant Khullar served as Group CHRO at BLS International, where he played a pivotal role in building scalable HR systems and driving cultural transformation across the organization’s global operations.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with some of India’s most prominent organizations, including Ecom Express Limited, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Taj Gateway Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, and ITC Hotels.

Throughout his journey, Khullar has been instrumental in designing people strategies that align with business goals, strengthening leadership pipelines, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
