Wipro offers Work Integrated Learning Program for FY26 graduates

Wipro has announced a program called “Work Integrated Learning Program” (WILP), a distinctive initiative designed for FY26 fresh graduates.

This program offers BCA and B.Sc. students the opportunity to embark on a career with Wipro while simultaneously pursuing a sponsored M.Tech degree from a premier educational institution in India.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the WILP, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of 10th and 12th standards.
  • Graduation year: 2025.
  • Minimum of 60% or a 6.0 CGPA in graduation.
  • Full-time BCA or B.Sc. students from eligible streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.
  • No part-time, correspondence, or distance learning degrees are accepted.
  • Open school or distance education is permitted only for 10th and 12th standards.
  • One backlog is allowed until the assessment stage; candidates must clear it along with the 6th semester.
  • A maximum of 3 years of education gap is allowed between 10th standard and the commencement of graduation.
  • Core Mathematics must have been studied as one of the subjects in graduation; Business Maths or Applied Maths are not considered.
  • Candidates should be Indian citizens or hold a PIO or OCI card.
  • Participation in any of Wipro’s selection processes in the last 3 months renders the candidate ineligible.

Program Structure and Benefits

Upon selection, candidates will join as Scholar Trainees with the following stipend structure:

  • 1st Year: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of ₹75,000.
  • 2nd Year: INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI).
  • 3rd Year: INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI).
  • 4th Year: INR 23,000.

Candidates are required to sign a 60-month training agreement upon joining. If they leave the organization before completing 5 years, they will be liable to pay a sum of ₹75,000 on a pro-rata basis.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises several stages:

  1. Online Assessment: An 80-minute test evaluating verbal, analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills.
  2. Voice Assessment: A 20-minute evaluation.
  3. Business Discussion: An interaction with the Wipro team.
  4. Letter of Intent: Issued to successful candidates.
  5. Pre-Skilling Training: A preparatory program to equip candidates for their roles.
  6. Offer Letter: Final employment offer upon successful completion of all stages.

Interested candidates can apply through Wipro’s official recruitment portal. The application deadline is September 30, 2025, by 11:59 PM.

It is advisable to complete the application process well before the deadline to ensure timely submission.
