The facility is around 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport and about 10 minutes from Millennium City Centre Metro Station, with shuttle services for employees across Delhi-NCR.

The campus launch comes soon after Vertex Group started its Mega Hiring Month on August 15, 2026, with a target of adding 2,000 professionals across Gurugram, Noida and Bengaluru.
The company said it has already added more than 1,200 professionals within weeks, including more than 200 hires in a single two-day period, which it described as a company record.
The hiring programme covers customer service, operations, quality, training, analytics, workforce management and leadership roles. Vertex said the hiring is linked to new and expanding customer experience programmes for consumer brands.
The company’s hiring plans had earlier been announced in August, when it said the 2,000 openings would support its expanding customer experience operations across Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru.

Gagan Arora said the expansion is being driven by increasing business requirements from both new and existing partners. He added that the new Gurugram campus will provide capacity to support these mandates while the company also expands in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Noida.
Vertex Group is targeting its next workforce milestone of 5,555 employees as part of its current expansion.
Campus to Support Technology-Led Operations
The Gurugram campus has been designed for high-volume customer experience operations and includes facilities for onboarding, training and deployment of teams at scale.
Technology is being integrated across areas such as workforce planning, quality management, analytics, training, agent support and customer interaction workflows.
The company said this approach is intended to help teams make faster decisions, reduce manual work and provide clients with greater visibility into programme performance.
Tanya Singh, Global VP – Marketing & Transformation, Vertex Group, said the campus is expected to develop into an experience centre where clients and partners can see how technology, automation and responsible AI are being used in customer experience operations.
She said the company’s Responsible AI Lab agenda focuses on applying intelligence and automation across processes, tools and the workplace, while maintaining a practical approach to AI deployment.
Multi-City Delivery Network
Alongside Gurugram, Vertex Group is expanding its delivery footprint in Bengaluru, Noida and Mumbai. The company is adding space and teams in these locations to support new programmes and larger existing accounts.
The multi-city model is expected to give Vertex access to wider talent pools and allow it to scale teams based on client requirements. I
ndia will also continue to serve as an important delivery, technology and talent base for the company’s international operations.
