
HCLTech has launched 20 purpose-built Industry AI Solutions designed to help enterprises apply artificial intelligence to specific business processes across banking, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, telecom, mobility, energy and other sectors.

The company announced the portfolio on October 8, saying several of the solutions are already deployed at scale across client operations globally, while others are in early-stage deployment. The solutions have been developed in-house by HCLTech’s global teams of engineers and domain experts.
AI Solutions Target Industry-Specific Use Cases
HCLTech said the new portfolio combines industry expertise with AI capabilities and is focused on measurable business outcomes.

- VisionX: A computer-vision AI platform for manufacturing and logistics. HCLTech said it has improved response times by more than 90% and reduced operational costs by 70% across factory and warehouse environments.
- SmartTwin: A manufacturing solution that enables companies to simulate products and plants before physical deployment. HCLTech said it can help deliver up to 44% faster time-to-market for new products.
- Intelligent Safety Platform: Designed for life sciences and healthcare, the platform has reduced pharmacovigilance case-processing time by 40–50%, according to HCLTech.
- Autonomous Accounts Payable: An AI-led invoice management platform that is live at a major global motorbike and tools manufacturer and has reduced processing cycle time by 60%, the company said.
The portfolio also includes the Intelligent Regulatory Platform, which provides regulatory intelligence for life sciences companies.
