Alongside the new facility, the company also unveiled a reimagined Innovation Station, reinforcing Hyderabad’s role as a strategic technology and innovation hub for its global operations.
The new centre reinforces Synchrony’s investment in India’s talent, strengthening capabilities in AI, technology, analytics, cybersecurity and customer experience to support its global business growth.
A Space Built for Innovation and Collaboration
Spread across nearly 6,000 square feet, the Hyderabad Experience Centre is Synchrony’s third globally, after similar centres in the United States.

The company serves millions of customers through interactive demonstrations, digital experiences, and real-world business scenarios across healthcare, home, auto, lifestyle, and retail finance.
The newly upgraded Innovation Station complements the Experience Centre by providing employees with a dedicated space to experiment with emerging technologies, build prototypes, test new ideas and collaborate across teams.
The facility is expected to play a key role in accelerating innovation while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Speaking on the occasion, Florin Arghirescu, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Synchrony, said the new Experience Centre reflects the company’s confidence in India’s growing contribution to its global technology and innovation ecosystem.
He noted that the facility will enable employees, customers and partners to collaborate more effectively while transforming innovative ideas into meaningful business outcomes.
