The company will also expand its internal use of Gemini Enterprise and equip more than 10,000 AI-certified specialists, including 1,500 Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), with advanced AI capabilities.
The announcement comes as Wipro looks to move AI beyond individual use cases and integrate it into wider business processes. The company said the initiative will focus on improving productivity, simplifying operations and supporting faster decision-making.
Wipro Launches LIFT Framework for Enterprise AI
As part of the expanded partnership, the IT giant has introduced the LIFT (Launch-Ignite-Flywheel-Transform) framework. The framework combines Gemini Enterprise with Wipro Intelligence and its AI-powered delivery platforms, WINGS and WEGA.

According to Wipro, the framework is designed to help businesses move from basic task automation to using secure AI agents across multi-step business workflows. The company plans to use the framework to support enterprises as they move AI projects from early pilots to wider deployment.
The IT giant is also building a dedicated team of more than 1,500 certified FDEs. These engineers will combine Google Cloud expertise with Wipro’s consulting and engineering capabilities to support enterprise AI deployments.
Kanwar Singh, Managing Partner and Global Head of Technology Services at Wipro, said AI is becoming a key part of how the company is developing its services and internal operations.
Kevin Ichhpurani, President of Global Partner Ecosystem at Google Cloud, said the partnership is helping enterprises move from AI experimentation towards wider business use.

Gemini Enterprise to Support Wipro’s Internal Operations
Wipro said it has deployed Gemini Enterprise as its central agentic AI orchestration platform under its “Operate Better with AI” strategy and “Client Zero” approach.
The company is using AI agents across areas such as compliance, HR and sales intelligence. Wipro said these applications are intended to move beyond simple task automation and support more complex business workflows.
Wipro has also added Google’s Antigravity Command Line Interface to its software engineering ecosystem. The tool is being used in agentic workflows covering planning, coding, testing and application modernisation.
The company said these changes have produced measurable improvements in software development productivity and reductions in post-production defects, although it has not disclosed specific figures in the latest announcement.
The expanded partnership builds on Wipro and Google Cloud’s existing work in enterprise AI. In December 2025, Wipro announced plans to deploy Gemini Enterprise across functions including finance, HR, sales, delivery and customer support.
Wipro has more than 240,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, according to its company profile.
