The move is part of Cognizant’s broader strategy to strengthen its AI capabilities through early-career talent. Since 2025, the company has hired nearly 27,000 campus graduates globally, with the latest U.S. recruitment drive supported by expanded hiring, training and office engagement across multiple locations.
