Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has appointed Poly Singh Arora as its Chief People Officer (CPO).

In her new role, she will lead Adani Green Energy’s people strategy, driving talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational culture, workforce transformation, employee engagement, and capability building to support the company’s long-term growth and clean energy ambitions.
Extensive Experience
Poly Singh brings over two decades of HR experience across aviation, technology-enabled services, telecommunications, and corporate HR transformation.

Before joining Adani Green Energy, she served as Head-HR at Mumbai International Airport Limited (CSMIA), where she led the airport’s people strategy, workforce planning, and talent initiatives. Prior to that, she was General Manager – Human Resources at the airport operator.
Earlier, Poly Singh spent nearly six years at VFS Global, holding several leadership positions, including Regional HR Head and Senior General Manager – South Asia, where she led HR strategy across multiple markets.
Before VFS Global, she had a distinguished 13-year career at Vodafone India, where she handled diverse HR functions spanning business partnering, performance and rewards, HR operations, resourcing, payroll governance, talent management, organizational design, and HR systems implementation.
She worked across multiple locations, including Delhi, Mohali, Mumbai, and regional business units, gaining extensive experience in supporting large-scale workforces and business growth.

Poly Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Punjabi University, Patiala, and a Post Graduate Program in Digital HR Transformation & People Analytics from XLRI Delhi-NCR.
