ELICO Ltd appoints Manjunath Sastry Madugula as VP- HR

A Pioneer company in India’s Analytical Instrumentation manufacturing sector, ELICO Ltd has appointed Manjunath Sastry Madugula as Vice President- HR.

He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President- HR at Elico group.”

Manjunath has nearly 25 Years of experience in leading transformative HR initiatives across diverse industries and entrepreneurship has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving business landscape.

Prior to ELICO Ltd, he was associated with Sarvotham Care Limited as Vice President – HR.

Previously, Manjunath worked with Biophore India Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd as Vice President- HR. In this role, he led and managed HR transformation and digitization across group companies.

His earlier stints include working with Recruitrix, Laila Nutraceuticals, Godrej Jersey, Balaji Railroad Systems (BARSYL), and First Computers (formerly Brilliants).

He holds his PG Diploma in PMIR & LW, HR from AP Productivity Council and completed his Bachelor of Science from Sri Krishna Devaraya University.
