FCM Travel India Appoints Sanchita Kapoor as People Experience Leader

FCM Travel India, a leading corporate travel and business travel management company, has appointed Sanchita Kapoor as People Experience Leader.

Welcoming Sanchita Kapoor, the company said, “We are thrilled to announce that Sanchita has joined FCM India as People Experience Leader.”

The company added that Sanchita brings over 13 years of HR leadership experience across sectors including FMCG, financial services, real estate, and global supply chain. At FCM Travel India, she will lead the company’s people strategy and support the growth of the People Experience team.

Extensive Experience

Before joining FCM Travel India, she worked with DP World for nearly five years in several HR leadership roles. Most recently, Sanchita served as Senior Director – People Business Partner-Logistics.

Earlier, she held positions including Head of Talent Acquisition, DGM HR, and Lead HR Transformation, Analytics, and Talent Management.

Prior to DP World, Sanchita was associated with PepsiCo, where she worked in talent management, culture, inclusion and diversity, and HR operations roles.

She has also worked with Cushman & Wakefield and Max Bupa in learning and development, talent management, and organisation development.

Sanchita holds an MBA in Human Resources from NIIT University and a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University.
