Ludhiana Beverages Appoints Mannat Gill as Chief HR Officer

Ludhiana Beverages has appointed Mannat Gill as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), a strategic move to bolster its people-centric growth.

In this pivotal role, Gill will spearhead the company’s people strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and culture transformation initiatives. Her focus: building a future-ready workforce aligned with long-term business objectives.

Extensive Experience

With nearly two decades of HR expertise across renewable energy, manufacturing, telecom, and multinational sectors, Mannat is a proven leader in driving transformation.

Most recently, as Head – Human Resources (India) at Vena Energy, she aligned HR strategies with business expansion and organizational priorities. Partnering with C-suite leaders, she redesigned structures, optimized workforce planning, and fortified succession frameworks across entities.

She championed workforce cost optimization, HR analytics, leadership programs, compensation overhauls, and digital HR transformations. She advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) while boosting employee engagement and capability building.

Her career also spans Azure Power, Takata, Schneider Electric, and Airtel, where she honed skills in scalable HR solutions.

She holds a First-Class PGDM in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur (2023–2025; AICTE-approved Emerging CHRO program, emphasizing strategic workforce planning and succession) and a First-Class PGDBM in HR from Global Business School (2004–2006).
