Navin Fluorine Appoints Vinod Shetty as Chief HR Officer

Navin Fluorine International has appointed Vinod Shetty as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 21, 2026.

In this role, Vinod will lead the strategic entire HR gamut, driving talent, culture, capability building, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation at Navin Fluorine International.

Extensive Experience

With nearly three decades of experience across the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, Vinod brings extensive expertise in human resources leadership, capability building, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Navin Fluorine, Vinod served as Senior Director and Head of India HR & Communication at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he led HR and communications for the India business for over five years.

Before that, he worked with Sanofi as Director – BHR (India MCO), overseeing HR operations across pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, specialty care, and global support functions for India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than four years with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Vice President – HR & Global Sales Training for India, the Middle East, and Africa.

Vinod also held leadership roles at Pfizer, where he managed HR for India and Vietnam, and at Tata Donnelley, where he led HR for a major manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai, focusing on industrial relations, productivity, and talent development.

He holds a PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD Delhi and an LLB in Criminal and Labour Law from the University of Mumbai.
