LTM Elevates Pramod M V as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition

LTM (LTIMindtree), part of the L&T Group, has elevated Pramod M V as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition,

In this new role, he will be reinforcing its focus on strengthening leadership in university hiring, early-career engagement, and strategic workforce planning.

Extensive Experience

Pramod has been associated with LTIMindtree for close to four years and most recently served as Director – University Liaison and Early Career Engagement.

In this role, he led initiatives around campus recruitment, university partnerships, and inclusive hiring programs aimed at attracting high-potential graduates from premier institutes across India. He also played a key role in strengthening the company’s positioning as an employer of choice among academic institutions.

At LTM, he has driven several industry-academia collaboration initiatives, including curriculum review forums, faculty enrichment programs, ideathons, alumni engagement, and skill development workshops.

He also worked closely with business teams to bridge skill gaps by aligning academic learning with industry requirements and led the “Campus to Corporate” engagement model for partner institutions.

Before joining LTM, Pramod worked with Capgemini as Program Manager – University Relations & Hiring, where he managed Pan-India graduate and B-school hiring programs along with alternative talent initiatives.

He collaborated with leadership teams to strengthen campus recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.

Earlier, he spent over a decade with Infosys, leading large-scale fresher hiring programs and flagship initiatives such as HackWithInfy and InfyTQ. He also held HR leadership responsibilities at Infosys BPM.

Pramod holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
