Omega Seiki Mobility Elevates Nitin Khindria as Group CHRO

Electric mobility company Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has announced the elevation of Nitin Khindria as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), expanding his leadership responsibilities across the Anglian Omega Group (India).

In his enhanced role, Nitin will now also lead the Human Resources function for Omega Bright Steel Pvt Ltd, in addition to his existing responsibilities as CHRO for Omega Seiki Mobility and the Group Companies.

Announcing the development, Dr. Uday Narang, Founder of Omega Group, said the decision follows a careful assessment of Nitin’s consistent contributions and leadership impact across the organization.

He highlighted Khindria’s role in building high-performing teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and nurturing a culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous growth.

“With organizations evolving rapidly and people practices becoming increasingly critical to long-term success, this expanded responsibility will help drive greater alignment, agility, and consistency across our businesses,” Narang said.

He added that closer integration of HR functions through the group’s Delhi headquarters is expected to strengthen coordination, accelerate decision-making, and create a more unified employee experience.

Nitin has been serving as CHRO at Omega Seiki Mobility since September 2024, having joined the company earlier as Head of HR. He brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience spanning manufacturing, automotive, EV, FMCG, healthcare, IT, defense, and education sectors.

Before joining OSM, he served as Corporate HR Head at Dalmia Biz Pvt. Ltd. and held senior HR leadership roles at Action Tesa, Nahar Industrial Enterprises, International Tractors Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, Indo Asian Fusegear, FICCI, and the Ministry of Defence.

He holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and holds an Executive Diploma in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
