Sandeep Khare Joins Deloitte as Director – HR Technology & Transformation

Deloitte, a leading professional services and consulting firm, has appointed Sandeep Khare as Director – HR Transformation, Workday Practice.

In his new role, Sandeep will work on HR transformation initiatives and support organizations in improving HR processes and technology adoption.

Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Sandeep said, “I am excited to announce that I have begun a new chapter in my professional journey by joining Deloitte India as a Director – HR Technology & Transformation practice.”

Extensive Experience

He joins the firm with over two decades of experience in HR technology consulting, enterprise applications, and workforce transformation.

Before joining Deloitte, Sandeep was Director – Consulting Services (Workday Practice) at Cognizant. He was responsible for offshore functional delivery, implementation engagements, pre-sales, business development, and AI automation initiatives. He spent nearly three years in the role.

Earlier, he served as Director – Consulting Services (Workday Practice) at Collaborative Solutions. Prior to that, he spent more than 11 years at Cognizant, where he progressed through leadership positions, including Senior Manager and Associate Director, leading Oracle consulting and implementation projects.

Sandeep’s career also includes roles at Tech Mahindra, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Fujitsu Consulting, and Infosys Technologies. Across these organizations, he worked on ERP, Oracle, and HR technology projects for clients across industries.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Sandeep has built expertise in HR systems, cloud-based HR platforms, Workday, Oracle solutions, consulting services, implementation management, and business development.
