She started her career at PepsiCo, where she honed her skills in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. She was instrumental in creating and implementing programs that significantly boosted employee engagement, development, and retention during her tenure. Before joining Tasty Bite, Vidhu had a long association with Gap Inc., most recently holding a position as Head of Talent & Organization Development, APAC. She had held various positions in HR in her approx 9 years tenure at Gap Inc.
