Findi Group Elevates Randeep Singh as Chief Operating Officer

Findi Group, a fintech company, has elevated Randeep Singh as Group Chief Operating Officer.

Based in New Delhi, he will lead operations and talent strategy across the group’s businesses, including FindiATM, TSI (Transaction Solutions International), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres.

Extensive Experience

Randeep joined Findi Group in 2025 as Group CHRO, where he led the company’s people strategy and worked on building a common talent and culture framework across its businesses.

Before joining Findi Group, Randeep spent more than six years at HONO, where he served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. He played a key role in expanding the HR technology company’s employee engagement and lifecycle management solutions across India, Southeast Asia, and the MENA region.

He also served as Vice President – Business Operations, handling responsibilities across Dubai and Singapore.

Randeep has over two decades of experience across HR, business operations, and consulting. During his career, he has worked with organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Essar Group, Reliance Retail, Piramal Enterprises Limited, and Macquarie IT.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from University Business School, Panjab University.
