Honeywell Appoints Jennifer Reilly as Chief Human Resources Officer

Industrial technology company Honeywell has elevated Jennifer Reilly as Chief Human Resources Officer. Effective from July 01, 2026.

In her new role, Jennifer will lead Honeywell’s global HR strategy, including talent management, leadership development, organisational culture, and workforce planning. She will work closely with business leaders to support the company’s operations and long-term goals.

Extensive Experience

Jennifer Reilly brings nearly three decades of experience in human resources leadership across global manufacturing, technology, and consumer companies.

She has been with Honeywell since 2023. Before the elevation, she served as Vice President- Human Resources & Communications for Safety & Productivity Solutions at the company.

Before joining Honeywell, Jennifer served as SVP and CHRO at MKS Instruments from 2019 to 2023. She also held several senior HR leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, including Vice President HR for the Life Sciences Platform, Radiometer and ChemTreat businesses.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked with The Hershey Company and General Mills, where she led talent management, organisational development and leadership initiatives across multiple business functions.

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from St. Olaf College.
