The new facility is spread across 200,000 square feet and is one of the company’s largest delivery centers globally.

The center has been created to give customers a space where they can work directly with DXC’s technology experts to understand how AI can solve business problems.

Instead of only discussing ideas, companies will be able to test AI solutions, build prototypes, and plan real-world implementation. The goal is to help organizations move from small AI experiments to large-scale deployment in a shorter time.

DXC said the center will support customers from different industries as they look to improve operations, increase productivity, and make better use of data through AI.

Built for AI, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation

The Bengaluru facility brings together several advanced technology capabilities under one roof. It includes an AI Hub, customer collaboration spaces, a Cyber Range, Digital Forensics Labs, a Security Operations Center (SOC), and a Network Operations Center (NOC).

These facilities are designed to help businesses not only adopt AI but also strengthen cybersecurity, manage cloud operations, and improve their overall digital infrastructure.

Customers can work alongside DXC specialists to evaluate different technology solutions before implementing them in their organizations.

By combining AI with security and cloud services, the company aims to offer end-to-end support for enterprise digital transformation.

India Remains a Key Market for DXC

DXC Technology said India continues to be an important part of its global operations. The opening of the Bengaluru Customer Experience Center shows the growing demand for AI and digital transformation services among enterprises.

The company expects the new center to serve customers from India and across the world by bringing together engineers, consultants, and business leaders in one location.

It will also help organizations explore new AI use cases, solve business challenges, and adopt technology practically and securely.

As more companies invest in artificial intelligence, the new Bengaluru facility is expected to become a place where businesses can learn, test, and deploy AI solutions with support from DXC’s experts.

Employment Opportunities

The new AI-first Customer Experience Center is also expected to create employment opportunities in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data engineering, software development, and consulting.

As DXC expands its AI capabilities in India, the facility is likely to support hiring of skilled professionals while strengthening Bengaluru’s position as a major technology and innovation hub.
